POSTAGE DETAILS
All orders are posted as a regular post item via Australia Post:
Within WA: $10.95
All other States: $14.95
Registered: Extra $2.95
Express Post Australia Wide: $18.50
Overseas Delivery Charge: $55
NB: These prices are based upon rates for a complete party package. In the case that it is a small order we will send it in an Express Post satchel at no extra cost. If you choose Express Post and are outside of Perth you will receive your order within 2-3 days. Blown Away does all it can to ensure you get your order as quickly and cost effective as possible!
In the event that the freight charges are higher than what is specified above, you will be contacted to discuss the charges. This may occur with very big orders that include pinatas etc. Also, if you are making a very small order, please feel free to email us and we will let you know if the freight may be cheaper.
Please Note: Blown Away! takes no responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances out of our control.
Please allow 7-10 working days for Regular Post and 1-3 working days for Express Post orders to arrive throughout Australia. Overseas deliveries may take longer.

CREDIT CARD:
You can pay by credit card via the always secure PayPal pay service. PayPal are using the latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology and are as safe as you can be on the net. Blown Away! accepts both Visa and MasterCard. Your order will be posted out to you upon confirmation of payment being received.
DIRECT DEPOSIT:
You can also elect to pay by Direct Deposit / Bank Transfer if you don't like to expose your credit card details over the internet. In that case your order will be posted out to you as soon as the payment has been received. This can take up to 3 working days to appear in our account.
When should I expect to receive my party package?
Once payment has been confirmed your order will arrive within 2-7 working days depending on your postcode area.
For credit card payments: Delivery time is from when you place your order.
For Direct Deposit: Delivery time is from when payment is received.
You will be sent an e-mail notifying you of the date your party package was despatched and the registration #.
I was wanting a different theme/product.
If there is a particular party theme or product you are wanting please do not hesitate to e-mail or call with your request. There are many other themes and products available that I have access to or have not yet included on my website. I will endevour to do my very best to accommodate your request.
I did not see the image I wanted for my stubby holders?
Stubby holders can be for any occasion and the images available are numerous. Contact me to discuss your requirements and further images can be e-mailed to you for your perusal. Should the stubby holders be to promote your business all I need is your company logo and the details/information you are wanting to advertise.
How can I be sure my credit card information is secure when placing my order on your website?
When paying by Pay Pal all of your personal information is encrypted so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. Please read Pay Pals privacy notice.
Please be aware that the internet is not always a secure method of transmitting information and whilst Blown Away! takes all reasonable masures to keep secure any personal information & details held, it cannot accept responsibility for the security of information you send to, or receive from us over the internet or for any unauthorised access or use of that information.
If you do not feel completely comfortable using your credit card over the internet then choose one of the other payment options offered.
How do I inflate my balloons with helium?
For local orders I can provide this service. For all other areas you can contact your local florist who may provide this service or else contact your local gas agent to inquire about the cost of hiring a helium gas bottle to inflate your balloons.
All of the balloons supplied to you are helium quality and can be either air or helium inflated.
What is your return policy?
All returns require you to print and fill in the 'Returns Form' below. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. A copy of your 'Order Confirmation Record' and 'Goods Receipt' will also be required.
Please Note: For hygenic reasons NO refund will be given on hats, masks, jewellery, wigs, costumes or any article that can be worn. The same policy is applicable to all toys such as whistles, echo microphones etc.

Blown Away! makes every effort to ensure that orders are processed properly however sometimes mistakes can happen. If you order does not arrive as you expected, please notify me immediately so that any mistakes can be rectified and the proper merchandise freighted out at no extra cost. You will need to return any wrong products in their original condition and packaging before replacement/s can be sent.
